Frances has appeared before all levels of court except the Supreme Court of Canada, and has conducted trials and appeals in both Family Law and Civil Litigation.
Frances is a former President of the Peel Law Association, former Executive of the County and District Law Presidents Association and past Chair of LibraryCo.
She is a member of the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Peel Law Association and Mediators & Arbitrators of Peel. Frances sits as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Region of Peel as well as a Deputy Judge of the Small Claims Court.
When not pursuing her legal interests, Frances is a proud parent of two rambunctious children, a mentor with Women in Leadership Foundation and an avid (if slow) runner.
In March 2018, Frankie was featured in Precedent Magazine, a major legal publication, on the topic of dysfunctional divorce and its effects on family law lawyers.
