I have been practicing exclusively family law in the Regional Municipality of Peel since 1996.

In 2007, I received my Level I and Level II certification in Collaborative Family Law.

In 2008, I received my Masters Degree in Family Law from Osgoode Hall.

In 2011, I was appointed as a Deputy Judge of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Central West Division.  As a Deputy Judge, my duties include presiding over motions, assessments, settlement conferences and trials.

Since 2012, I have been a volunteer presenter at the Mandatory Information Program sessions at the Brampton courthouse.

Since 2013, I have been a panel member of the Office of the Children's Lawyer, providing legal services for children whose parents are involved in the family courts.

Since 2014, I have been a Dispute Resolution Officer (DRO) for the Brampton Ontario Superior Court of Justice. My duties include, but are not limited to, presiding over first appearances for Motions to Change.

I work with the spouses and common-law partners and their lawyers to settle the issues that can be resolved on consent, and narrow the focus of the issues which still require resolution.

In 2015, I was elected a Director for the Board of Directors of the Peel Law Association

I would be pleased to assist you as your Arbitrator or Mediator, or with your Collaborative Family Law needs.
